Rated on a scale of 1-5. 1 being very poor and 5 being excellent.
I just moved into Hampton
Hollow from a neighboring
community and one of the main
reasons that I chose this
apartment community is that
they honor active duty
military and DOD civilians
here! This community is just
as quiet as the day you first
take a tour of it, every
single day. Even the 4th of
July was pleasant, with
residents BBQ'ing at the
outdoor pit and people at the
pool. I had looked at these
apartments before moving into
the neighboring community last
year and the same leasing team
is here! A low-turnover rate
is ALWAYS a plus! Oh, and did
I mention that the maintenance
staff is friendly,
professional, and prompt, even
after-hours!

The only thing that's missing
is a place for kids to play.

i love living at hampton
hollow because i feel safe,
the apartments are beautiful,
and the staff is super nice.
the downfalls of living at
hampton hollow include the
lack of insulation which leads
to large electric bills as
well as the price of rent is a
bit steep.

I used this term in describing
Hampton Hollow to a friend and
coincidentally I saw the same
term was used by Hampton
Hollow on the website which is
"paradisaic". Driving down
Aston Manor Drive to come home
puts me in a tranquil state of
mind, then I look forward to
turning on my street to see a
row of beautifully designed
apartments, all to enter in my
wonderfully designed
apartment. I absolutely love
coming home. In addition to
the design of the apartment,
and the upkeep of the grouds
being emmaculate - the leasing
staff, especially Alex, are
wonderful to deal with. I
called 2 days after I received
my keys to place a serivce
call for some minor things
that needed to be repaired, it
was around 7:30a, I was
expecting to get an answering
machine but to my surprise I
got a live person and not a
maintenace tech (which
wouldn't have been bad but I
wasn't expecting someone that
wasn't apart of the
maintenance staff). He was
soooo helpful and probably the
friendliest person I've talked
to, especially being that it
was before 8a. I'd like some
of his brand of coffee in the
morn! Concidentally his name
was Alex as well, and not the
guy that works in the leasing
office in my community. By
the way, I absolutely love
Alex that works here at the
leasing office in my
community. Great person!
Well, this ends my rant about
how much I love living at
Hampton Hollow. I look
forward to many more years
living in this community!

Apartments are well
maintained, staff is very
pleasant and have found them
to be very helpful. While I
love my apartment there are
some issues. No on site
security. There have been
numerous break ins and cars
stolen since I moved here in
July. The stairway outside my
apartment rumbles and vibrates
so bad when tenants come and
go that my artwork shakes.
Embarrassing when you have
company and very annoying as I
live on the first floor and
alot of tenants use the stairs
day and night. Have gotten
use to hearing the tenant
above me's every foot step.
That is, however, the only
noise I hear. The tenants in
my building have been
relatively quiet. Everything
is a trade off. You could
live somewhere and have a
poorly managed apt., not have
security issues and nosiy
neighbors. Has this apt.
been a good fit for us? We
don't think so. Are not
planning on renewing our
lease. The vibrating stairway
has become a deal breaker.
